I’m currently on a trip with my spouse, who holds an H4 visa. I have an approved I-140, and she has obtained her EAD card based on that. I’ve established a company in her name. My inquiry is whether it would pose any issues or complications if I designate her as a housewife in DS-160 as we have not done any business yet on that company. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
