My H1B petition and I-94 has been expired on August 2018 and I am working on H1B transfer receipt notice which is still in progress.My wife’s H4 / I94 expires on 21st February 2019.I have approved I-1401) Shall I start the process of applying EAD for my wife now? Is there any drawback in applying now?OR 2) Shall I apply for EAD after I my H1B & my spouse H4 extension starts?
