Has any received H4 EAD after Nov 10 ? If so, can you please let me know if your H4 EAD start date has been backdated (i.e. start-date as next day of previous EAD card’s expiry date) ?
USCIS almost always sets start date for H4 as continuation of previous H4. They do not do it for H4 EAD. However, after the new policy change starting from Nov 10 or Nov 12, I wanted to know if they are setting the start date of H4 EAD also as continuation ?
