Hi Redbus team…
My wife went to India for H4 stamping and as she was eligible for dropbox, she has submitted documents in Kolkata Consulate and it has been sent to Chennai as that is the centralized location for all dropbox. In the new portal from where we have booked the slot, the status is “Delivered to Post” from past 16 days where as I checked today in old portal there the status has changed on 3/12/2024 to “Application received” and talking about interview and all…Is the old portal is still working or should I only focus on the new one?
