I am in US on H1B Visa(Visa expired on 08/21 and Extension was approved), My Spouse and elder kid has an expired visa and they are in India. I believe they are eligible for dropbox with my recent approved I-797. My Younger kid is 1.5 years old and she was never applied for a visa. My question is, is my younger kid also eligible for dropbox along with my spouse and elder kid? or does she needs an appointment separately?

Kids below 14 qualify for IW even for first stamping.

my spouse didn’t have a valid visa(her visa is expired), still my daughter can go along with her for stamping by dropbox?

Note: Children under 14 must submit a photocopy of both parent’s passport biographic information and valid U.S. visa page.
I think you should be able to apply for dropbox for your daughter along with your wife.
Call VFS and check with them.
