H4 drop box - Mother ten printed already - kids(2 year olds) not tenprinted - Drop box eligible?

Hi,
My wife needs to go for the H4 stamping in India. She’s got ten printed in the past. However, my twins - 2 year kids had not visited US and not ten printed.

Do you know if my wife and kids are applicable for the drop box waiver??

Yea they should be as below 14 qualify for IW.
