My wife is currently on H4 Visa. She is planning to complete online Masters Degree at UNC Greensboro. Once she completes the online program of Masters in Information Technology and Supply chain Management, (Concentration in Business analytics), will she be eligible for applying for H1B in Advance Degree Cap?
She will complete online Masters degree in H4 itself. We have no plans of converting to F1 visa. We want to make sure we are eligible for Advance Degree (Masters quota)
