H4 checklist for baby - parents hold valid h1b

Hi Saurab,

I hold a valid H1B visa and would like to process H4 for my 8 weeks old baby. Please let me know the document checklist. Also let me know if I can avail the interwiew waiver. Does the h1b applicant necessarily be present in india to process h4 for baby?

Your child will automatically get interview waiver.

Fill the form.Follow the procedure.

Child will get drop box submision.

H1 b applicant need not be present in India.

But mother may still be called for interview later.- Likely scenario.
