We applied for H4 and H4 EAD extension on April 29 at VSC and are still waiting for biometrics both expiring September 1. Anyway we can expedite the request for biometrics appointment?

No way… this is sad situation that many are stuck in this. You cannot really expedite to get biometrics appointment.
