I’m currently on H1.
If I apply for COS to H4 EAD, how long does it take approx.
What can be the earliest date to receive it.
And if I apply for H4 and EAD Simultaneously, do i need to stop my current job after I get my H4 and till Ead is approved?

COS to H-4 would take 2-6 months. You can look at current processing time on USCIS site for your service center. COS is form I-539.
They can be applied in parallel and should be approved together. However, if COS is approved and EAD is not, then you need to stop working until EAD gets approved.

I have an another question now.
If I apply for h1 to h4 EAD transfer now and few days later if my husband does h1 transfer to different employer
then during his transfer if he does premium can i again apply for my h4 and ead along with that application.
When my 1st application is still in process, can I do the second ?
or any way i can withdraw my 1st (when its in process) and apply for second.
