Hi, i am working for an popular IT company in india, which plays a major IT business carrying more than 60000 employees world wide. My company sponsored New H1B visa and it got approved. By FEB end, i am going to take the Interview. Will there be any chances of rejections in my case expected.?. getting mixed comments from people. Please advice.
Chances of approval vary from case to case. Big employers have a better chance than the smaller consulting companies. So you may have better chances but no one has 100% probability of getting the visa. Carry all the documents and do no treat visa processing lightly.
