HI, I received RFE for H1B extension application & haven’t got RFE details in mail/fax for a month. So, we raised a service request & USCIS said they’ve resent the RFE details in mail. It’s almost 10 days since this update & still waiting for the mail.
RFE was issued 70 days ago.
My question here is; Will the RFE response timeline auto extends, as service request was already raised about the missing details? If not, is there a way to request USCIS to ask additional time for responding to RFE?
