My H1b went to RFE ,filed through the desi consultant .am asking them to file it n premium to continue with my project frm oct 1st but they r saying now ,i need to find another project in higher rate also need to be relocated .Am having 4.5 years of experience also nw am earning 33 / hr am n Texas .they said what ever am earning nw is not enough for LCA wages also there s no profit to the company .
I really dont like to relocate since am living with my family .
please educate the details of LCA and other stuffs …really undergoing a hectic situation with the consultant.
