Scenario:-
I have h1B which is maxout in July 1st 2020. My PERM is in progress filed on Jan – 24th.
What options he have to stay in USA?
Will this option A work?
If results are not coming out before May June 1st week can I file H4 and stay my wife, also what will happen to PERM if I is applying H4.
Will this Option B work?
Going back to India and coming after PERm is approved but not sure how my H1B and i140 will take place because my project woudlhave end and I need to get new project by that time .
