Hello,
My H1B case has been filed in 2014 Cap Quota and attended the visa interview on December 2014,but it got rejected by visa officer due to employer doesn’t have valid employment(No client letter + in house project).
I found new employee who willing to file new petition using previous I-797 approval notice in Cap-Exempt
and completed filling in may 2015.Now my case status shows received by USCIS for review .
Please someone answer my questions below:-
Q: Do I have any chance to get REF before get approval?
Q: What would be the success chance for Visa interview this time? Any possibility to reject again using old case?
