I had my h1b visa approved in 2013 and was in usa from 2013-14 ( Ended in 2014) for around 8 months and than came back to india and changed my employer.Is there any chance my visa is alive and can be renewed or possiblity of cap exempt so that i can make my way back. Please let me know.
