Hi,

My H-1B Visa transfer is in process from Company X to Y. I would like to know how much time roughly it takes for visa transfer under both normal and Premium processing.

Secondly, my H1B visa stamping done and is valid until Aug 2018. Do I need to visit again US consulate for H1B stamping just in case if I am not in US at the moment.

As the PP is being put on hold, the processing time for RP may increase. Average is 5-6 months but it could be longer now.
