H1b visa transfer - petition approval duration

I found one employer who is ready to file my H1B transfer. If employer started today(Assume my LCA is already approved), how long time it would take to get receipt number and petition approval. I have one offer in hand. so i am planning to keep a paper in my current company. Please respond to me ASAP.

If the case is under premium processing you will have an answer(approved/denied/rfe) within 15 calendar days otherwise it may take anywhere between 60 days to 180 days !
