Right now working in Us on Company A H1B Visa ,I got offer in Company B and started Premium visa transfer process , yet to get receipt number.Due to billing issue company A is asking to go to offshore(India) forcibly. If i go to India do i need to do stamping again.If I resign offshore ,Can company A cancel my h1b VISA while company B visa transfer is in process.
During transfer process you can stay in US. Until the decision is publised you are authorized to Stay and re-enter US as well. So I guess you can stay till you Company B completes their process.
