H1B visa transfer from one employer to another employer with out entering into usa

Hi ,

My H1b application submitted from india( TCS company). luckily my H1b application selected in lottery. my visa got approved & visa stamping also done. but if TCS not sending to USA. so If i changed company form TCS to CTS without traveling to USA.

MY h1b will expire or is’t possible to transfer H1b visa from TCS to CTS.

Dear Prasad,
It can be still transferable but in case if TCS revokes or withdraw there petition then CTS can’t use your unused H1B period by changing the employer.
