Hello Experts,

Have couple of queries related to H1B visa transfer.

  1. Can I transfer my Visa (Already Stamped) from Company A to Company B being in India.

  2. If I transfer should I appear for restamping in Cosulate

  3. Will the Employment Bond from Company A be valid.

  4. Will there be any consequences if I did not serve company A till the Bond period. Say I work for them for 6 months and quit.
