I recently received approval notice I-767C for my change of status after a long time. I’m planning a trip back home next month and need to fill and submit DS160 for scheduling a visa interview.
Do I need to wait for my lawyer to receive the original I-767 before I can proceed with my process. If so how long is the wait time to receive the original I 767.
