Hi ,
My sponsor company A got acquired by company B last year. Right after the acquisition I left company A and left USA. But, my I797 and Visa stamping from company A both are valid now.
Now, I got a job offer from company B and they have agreed to file for an extension of I797 in the name of company B.
My questions is, can I travel on my old Visa stamping? Could you please suggest what to do in this situation?
