Can you please clarify me in one issue…

Since last 7 years I am staying in germany…I still carry my Indian citizenship.

Now I got an offer from an American company for H1B . They have an office in India as well.

Can I attend for Visa here in germany or do I need to ravel to India

You can attend in Germany. However, to be sure call the US consulate there and confirm w/ them as different consulates have different policies on TCNs (third country nationals).
