H1B VISA stamping in HYDERABAD, 5 months before its expiry?

I’m, planning to go INDIA this DEC-2019, and I my H1 will start on OCT-2019 and approved until MAY-31-2020 (according to my client letter contract H1 was approved until MAY-31-2020).

IF i plan for H1B Stamping on DEC mid, what are the chances of getting approved & whats the risk level?

how is the present situation going in HYDERABAD consulate office? Did anyone faced this issue before?

It is very hard to give a generic answer, everything depends on the case and the petition.
Anything that you hear people saying this consulate is good and that is bad is all speculation. It is just based on perception… Make sure you have all the documents, be confident, you have a better chance.
