My H1B visa stamping is in 20 days.I need to apply for mothers visitor visa.Is there a problem if i take her with me for initial 2 3 month till i get settled.I am going to take my son with me as well.
I would advise that you and your son appear for visa now. Once you have been in US for few months, then apply for her B-1/2 visa. Her B-1/2 visa may not get approved if you have never been to US or have just landed there.
