H1B Visa stamping expiring on 28 Sep 2015, Can I go to my home country and come back on 21 Sep 2015?

Hi

Can anyone please help me in sorting the current situation,

My H1B Visa stamping is expiring on 28 Sep 2015, Can I go to my home country and come back on 21 Sep 2015?

I’ve also changed my employer for H1B which is valid until Aug 2017(I-797), My visa stamping is valid on my previous employer name.

Dont ever try to think like that. Actually its not at all allowed and too much risky. If you have more than 6 months validity left out, then it would have been better. So i would recommend to get it stamped with new petition and come back. Better luck!!
