I have booked dropbox appointment for me and my wife in April. My H1b and my wife’s H4.
My wife’s H1b Visa was refused after 221g inquiry. This rejection was after H4 visa issued. Does this make her ineligible for dropbox (visa waiver) ?

I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance.
However while booking interview, on cgifederal website where we book the actual interview and it allowed us to select drop box.
The question on CGI federal website was “Have you ever been refused H4 visa ?” To which she has never been refused H4.
While I understand consulate reserve right to call us for interview even if eligible for drop box, due to lack of date for in person interview I fear we may get stuck in India.
Should we go for our dropbox or delay ?
