H1B Visa Stamping as Third Country National in Canada

Hello Redbus community,

Is H1B stamping open in US Consulates in Canada for Third Country Nationals (TCN) (I am from India)? For Mexico, it shows closed on their website, but for Canada, it doesn’t show anything for TCN. I’ve an approved I797, and need stamping in the same status that was stamped in India.

Based on the US consulate in Canada you are planning to go, I would just contact them and ask.

Thanks for informing. I tried calling the embassy, but for non-US non-Canadian citizens, they did not pick calls for some reason. I’ve emailed them too, waiting for a response. I will try calling again.
