Hi All,

My visa is stamped, i need few claridications.

  1. What all odcuments we need apart from i797,lca,i129

  2. I have 8.6 yrs exp in my fisrt company, and 4 months in current comapny, While filling DS160 i have kept me second company as current employer, Now if i dnt get relieving letter from current c ompany can i travel without that and can i use only my first company’s experience ignoring second one as it is only 4 months.

Yes. If your current employer is different from the one who had applied you H1B or the employer who you are travelling for, your previous experience does not really matter. Just hold on to the paystubbs for those months from the current employer.
