I entered USA in 2018 for company A and my VISA got expired on AUG 2020. I transferred to company B and have an approved petition till JUL 2023. I am now planning for the INDIA visit around JAN 2021.
Will I be eligible for Dropbox options - even after the employer change.
NOTE: I am able to answer YES for all questions related to interview waiver in site (https://ustraveldocs.com/in/renew-visa.html) but nothing has been mentioned regd the current employer and the original VISA.
