I’m planning to get H1b visa stamp done during Oct/Nov. 2022 in India. My I-94 is valid till August 2022. I’m filing an H1b extension now and hoping to get approved by USCIS soon.
I’m wondering if my H1b visa stamping gets denied in India in Nov. 2022, Will I be able to come back to USA on visitor visa or something? I have a car and a lot of household stuff that I’ll need to take care of.

Yes. Alternately, you can assign a friend and handover the car title duly signed so he can sell on your behalf and can ship your belongings to India via a courier service.
