H1B Visa petetion approved, employer not responding.

Hi,

my H1B was approved by USICS on Jan 10th 2013, but the sponsorer -employer is not responding to my mails to move further, i need documents to go visa interview, what to do?

You cannot appear for stamping until you have all supporting documents from the employer. If they are not willing to support your H-1 anymore, then another employer can file a cap-exempt petition (aka H-1 transfer) for you. Once that gets approved, you can appear for stamping through the new employer.
