Hi, I am from India and currently in USA on L1B visa for 2 yeas assignment, I am planning to apply H1B visa from here. If my application get selected through lottery, do I need to go to India for H1B visa interview and stamping or will that be processed from here in USA?Thanks in Advance.
Once your H1B gets approved since you are already in USA, you don’t need to travel to India specially for stamping purpose. Due to any situation you are travelling to India, then you must have to appear for visa stamping interview to come back to USA.
