I am not sure about the CPA requirements. To be eligible for H-1 in general, one needs to find a job which requires 4 years college degree education. Then if the job requires a US license to practice in US, then CPA would be required.
May I also suggest not using ALL CAPS when posting online. It means you are shouting.
