H1B visa fees Do I need to complete DS160 before paying visa fees

Hello All

Can you please help me with my DS 160 and Visa payment process

In the Visa payment process there a section which is asking my mailing address,

My current address and passport address are different, what address should I mention there also

Do I need to submit DS 160 before making a visa payment or it can be done without completing the whole form

Suggestions appreciated

It really doesn’t matter. You have to give current address where do you want to receive your approved notice/ passport. It could be better to submit DS 160 before making a visa payment. It is not important, but you should have both DS 160 and Visa Payment to fix the appointment.
