my petition is going to expire on october 12, and still in india, dont know when these guys send me,if i go to usa in april/may,by when my employer TCS has to file extension is it before 6 months?what is cost of regular processing and premium processing?if extension filed before 3 months of expiration in regular processing, my extension will be rejected?again i have to come back to india and try in cap exempt?please help mee
i would suggest don’t think too much. Even in case they didn’t send you to us before Oct 12, you can apply for extension/under cap exempt for getting validity for remaining period. In general people used to apply for extension 3 months before of expiry.
