H1B VIsa expires, Not travelled , Change Job, Possiblity to Transfer H1B?

Hi,

I got my H1B Visa stamped Visa and Petition validity is from July 2012 to July 2013. but I havent travelled to US still now, I have only 2 more months of Validity. If I change my job after the Validity expires after 2 months , whether my H1B Visa and petition can be cancelled? Whether i will be able to transfer the Visa to the new company after the visa expires and if my current company cancels the visa and petition?

You can transfer your H1 with a new employer. You will get different petition end date.
