I got H1B visa in 2009 and its got expired without travelling to USA due to some personal reason.Now iam interested to travel again,is there any way to extend my expired visa without going for regular process like lottery system.
Could any one please answer my post.

Usually one is cap-exempt for 6 years once he has made through the lottery. However, recent experience suggest that this 6 year rule isn’t being enforced strictly. So you may find an employer and discuss the case with them. If they are ready, they can file a cap-exempt petition for you and use the old petition as reference. No need to go through the cap again.
