My H1B Visa expired more than 6 years ago (2013) with only 4 months stay in US. I am staying currently in India from 2012.
Am I still eligible to enter and work again in US with remaining 5 years and 8 months CAP which is unutilized with any sponsor.
Note: I had entered US with L1B Visa in 2017 and stayed for 6 weeks.
