Hi,
I have valid H1B visa which is going to expire on Feb 23,2013 and extension is not yet filed. Due to urgent personal work I have to visit my home country in last week of Jan or First week of Feb and it would be a just 6-7 days visit.
So just wanted to know by what date immigration will allow me to enter into USA considering my visa expiration date?

Ensure your employer has the extension papers ready by the time you reach US, and then apply for H-1 extension as soon as they receive the new I-94.
