H1b Visa Eligibility for Msc Microbiology

Hi

I am a Post Graduate in Msc Microbiology (General) with 6.5 yrs of total work experience all in Medical field. I am currently working as a Group Leader in a well know diagnostic center in India. I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for a H1b visa, please do help me out with more details.

Based upon education and experience, you seem to be qualified. However, the challenge may be finding a company to sponsor H-1 for you.
