Hi, I am eligible for Dropbox but I do see ‘There are currently no appointments available’ this is showing up for all location. But the heading of the screen says ‘Schedule Consular Appointment’. Am I seeing the correct screen?

Any inputs on the process will be helpful

I see the drop-down vales as CHENNAI VAC, but in my case I am seeing only CHENNAI and the title of the page says as Consulate appointment eventhough I am eligible for Dropbox. Due to which I have a confusion and no proper response from the customer care.
