Hi All,I had applied for H1b visa this year and it has been denied. The reason for denial is that USCIS doesn’t trust that the project that my consultant showcased in the application would not last for 3 years. So they rejected my application.Now my consultant wants to appeal by certifying the project from a govt recognised third party organisation and submit the report obtained from third party organisation to USCIS. Is it possible for USCIS to reverse their decision?? has it happened before that they grant the approval once it is denied.Please let me know your views and suggestions on my case. Please help.Thank you all
Its called Appealing the USCIS decision in the AAO(Administrative Appeals Office) of USCIS. It can be granted after denial.
