I am working in Infosys now, I have totally around 5 years exp. My company is filing H1B for me this time. Prior to Infosys i worked in two small companies, i worked for 1 year in each company. Out of these two first company closed some years back, i have exp and relieving letter of that company but i dont have any bank statements or form 16 as my salary was low and i was paid by hand. in H1b background verification, will this create any issues?? please let me know, i am just worried.

CID verification of your background 90% of the time examines legal or criminal issues with you personally (drug trafficking, prostitution, stealing, aggravated assault, arrests). For the rest 10%, you have already worked 2 plus years in Infosys, the background check only goes back 24 months if they actually look up where you worked.
