H1B Visa appointment taking me to consular appointment

Hello, I am Eligible for Dropbox visa stamping but when I am trying to book H1B visa stamping slot by Dropbox but it is taking me to OFC and Consular appointment pages while booking slot. can anyone help me how to do it for Dropbox.
(I have paid the visa fee before the interview waiver announcement)

I am also facing the same issue.
I am eligible for waiver but still when booking dropbox appointment, i got OFC and consular appointment.
could i book dropbox appointment again.?
Should i have to cancel the current appointment and book again.?

I’m in the same boat. Were you able to change the consular appointment to DropBox appointment ?
Kindly please share your experience regarding this, I’m need of this to be fixed.
