H1B visa,any clause first travel US with employer submitted petition

Hi All,

I am holding H1B visa. Whether it can be transferable? Is there any restriction whether I have to travel with this visa first time with the employer I submitted my petition?

Nothing like that… U can transfer or go for Cap-Exemption

What you mean by Cap-Exemption. Currently my visa stamped and have validity till July 2016. Whether I need to cancel it?

Its same as a new H1B petition, but U don’t need to go thru lottery again and it can be filed at any time, unlike cap-subjected petition which is to filed from April 1st.
Better go for Cap-Exemption in Premium Processing…
Also talk to ur employer or attorney if they can transfer as ur visa is stamped
