H1B Visa and H1B Extension at same time

Hi,

My works for Company A and who filled my H1B extension.My H1B/I94 expires on 31st Mar 2014.

My question is whether I can file my H1B Transfer for Company B after expiry of my I94 though my H1b extension is filed by Company A.
