H1B Visa - 2 Approvals from different companies

Hi ,

I got H1B Visa Approval from 2 Companies. Company A got Stamped but NO projects now. Comapny B petition is approved got i 797. Now My questions are :

  1. Can i enter US with Company A stamped Visa for Company B project ? Company B needs to transfer my VISA to them?

  2. If i get a new sponsor to transfer my VISA , what is the VISA fee ? what is the time duration to get transfer ?

  3. How can i get trusted sponsor to transfer my VISA ?

  1. Better go for transfer/cap-exemption and then travel… Ur payroll must be running when u r on H1, else U will be out of status and that will impact ur transfers/extensions/GC

  2. U r not supposed to pay any fee, its not legal. employer will pay the fee

  3. U can find an employer and check his background in Sponsor search database

2. I wont pay the amount but i just want to know the fee as some employer has to pay for me. If thr fee is high and time is more no employer will be interested on my transfer.

More or less same fee as that of H1 fee AFAIK…

1 . Company B already has a i-797 approved already . But my Visa stamped by Company A. Do company B still needs to apply petition for transfer my visa ?
