I got an H1B petition approved with COS , i.e via counselor process. So I have to travel back to India to get a H1B stamping. However, I do not want to work with the present company because of personal reasons. If I come back to India and find another employee who might be willing to sponsor my H1B - will I still be cap -exempt even if my present company cancels my H1B visa?
